CONDITIONS OF BOOKING AN EVOKE SHOW

  • A specific date and time cannot be guaranteed (even if you have paid a deposit); although we will work with you to find the best time suitable. Booking deposits do not secure dates, but a place in our schedule, which will continue to be a floating booking until we find you a date that is mutually acceptable. 
  • A minimum booking deposit of $100 or 20% (whatever is higher) applies at time of booking to reserve your booking. Evoke Entertainment does not take bookings without a deposit. Final payment is due via credit card, Apple Pay, or cash on the day of the performance.
  • The booking deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, unless we cancel your booking at our option. For any other reason you wish to permanently cancel (instead of just reschedule) on your part or any other reason not within Evoke Entertainment’s control, including your policies, change of schedule or any other force majeure/ conflict/event/lockdown/government or natural disaster, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • You can re-schedule without any fee* 2 or more days before the original scheduled date. Re-scheduling within 2 days loses your booking deposit + any other costs to Evoke Entertainment as a result such as accommodation, fuel, actor stand down fees, provided there are no other costs incurred by Evoke Entertainment as a result of your request to reschedule
  • Bookings with less than 48 hours notice incur a minimum $100 rush fee.
  • Any extra costs associated with the performance will be at the expense of your event. If Evoke Entertainment is required to cover any associated costs (due to your policy) then your event is no longer eligible for any discounts and/or may be charged an additional administration fee of $200 or the equivalent cost to Evoke Entertainment. Evoke Entertainment will not be held liable for any costs, damage, repair or cleaning of the venue / property as a result of the event. You also agree to inform any 3rd party/external venue of these conditions. Venue/client assumes all responsibility for audience safety, including any audience members who choose to go onto stage; it is assumed venue/client has all appropriate insurance to cover performance.Any damage not caused by Evoke Entertainment’s staff to our equipment or vehicles will be charged to your event. 
  • Evoke Entertainment is a Child Safe Standards Organisation
  • If any delays for unloading/loading occur there will be an additional cost of  $25 per 10 minutes or part thereof.
  • You agree to these conditions automatically once you permit the booking to go ahead and/or once a deposit is paid

Evoke Entertainment reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of such changes. Your continued access of this website shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement. If you have acted in the past contrary to the current Conditions of Use you are required to immediately take whatever steps necessary to ensure you comply with these Conditions.
